Holy Sh*t, I'm not sure which boat should come with an Oz bag of Crack and a Pipe to smoke it in, this one or the other. He obviously has some Crack cause he's on it . I guess those are the Racing life Vests up front for the people that ride in the cabin during the race...... Hang on Maaa, we're winnin, Don't open that cabin door again....Till I tell ya too....

This has been on ebay many times, the last time this bidder [ speedway77777] won it. Left feedback that all was good. The seller must have friends bidding it up, good luck with that.
