Can some of you south Florida guys recommend someone to visually inspect a boat that I am looking into purchasing. It is the 30' Sutphen in OSO classifieds and I am located in New Orleans so I can't just drivearound the corner to check it out. As this is my first boat purchase I need some direction or assitance on a reliable source to take a look into this thing and any advice on how to proceed.

Poker-N-Run: It would actually be better to wait until after the 1st of the year. I have alot on my plate until then with a property and other work. Please just let me know what you need from my end. I've learned a bit from the past 2 years of trying to educate myself, but I would feel more comfortable with someone that has "been there, done that". Thank you for the help.

Thank you Ed. I actually shot you an email regarding the boat a little earlier. I will have more information for you tomorrow. Thank you all for your time and advice. I am trying my best to cover all bases since I don't want my first boat purchase leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
