Back to the real reason of this post back in the early 90's i had a 26 century with 406 small blocks it would run 80 on a good day and a best of 84 but it was a hand full .
Me being the broke azz that i was i took 2 f-350 steering stablizers made my home brew drew marine system and it help a lot i was surprised .
I was also thinking maybe a typo maybe its $3800:bong:

we used dual f350 stabilizers on the inflatable race cats with a custom tiller extension on the mod'ed outboards....the side winder was too much. but should work great on my new junk o dodge

All I can think of when I hear about this guy is the line from the commercial that says, "This is your brain on drugs." And I might add that he's definitely on some good drugs.

ya gotta cut the guy a little slack now....how fast people go is always exaggerated! look at all the manufactures that claim their pleasure boats with cabins and same power are faster than a race boat world kilo record.
