And yes by far OSS has the safest course now. In reading their new rules posted the other day of having a minimum of 10 patrol boats on the course at all times, that makes it what, 2 patrol boats for every race boat?

Oh, how the uneducated come to there conclusions. I don't know at what race you have only 5 boats on the race course at a time but most races have at least 8-10 boats. And what person would try to criticize having 2 rescue boats to one race boat. That sounds like exactly what is needed. And just so you know my information is accurate. It comes from the horses mouth. i'm not saying who as i was asked to not repeat their name.
