Default Heading To Miami This Weekend

Heading down to Miami on Thursday. Don't have a whole lot of time but anyone suggest places to search out, things to do, etc?

Definitely visit South Beach, but if you have kids with you, Miami Beach is perfect.

I like to stay at: http://www.fontainebleau.com/
They have multiple swimming pools, some of which are indoors, and the restaurants are good inside the complex.

Dining for Cuban food, I recommend going to Little Havana, the restaurant there is called La Carreta. Don't forget to order Mojito drink

show us some pics of the places you visited in Miami!

Thanks Noli. Actually going to be down there for business meetings sans kids. Staying at the Doral Resort but we are going to dinner at the Fountainbleu one night. I was hoping to maybe eye some hardware done there. Don't know how far marina's are from the hotel or if there is a marina that is geared towards our group.

Hit up Monty's for Stone Crab and the Delano outside bar by the pool, good times, beers are a measly 10 dollars there

I see your plan now, Nor-tech is two hours drive away if you wish to see some nice toys and a possible factory tour.

Also, Sean Torente Racing ( STR ) is in Miami area...if you wanna see how he bumps the 300XS outboards to 350HP

Active Thunder is about 30 minutes North in Pompano. Dollar Offshore is right near there as well.

I'd visit Lip Ship and the Cigarette factory. Both about 1/2 hr from So Beach
