Default Looking for a specialty Y Valve

It would look identical to this one. The differance is there is not therostat in the one I need. About 4 years ago I had one on an oil system that I bought. I never wrote down the name and have been searching for about 2 years now for one. This is the closed ive come so far

I'm sure McMaster Carr has something very close... although it might not be billet or have quite the polished look.

Its just a project im working on. Has nothing to do with a by pass.
