I really don't know how much it weighs but these are the numbers Loadmaster trailers gave me when looking for a trailer for it.

Dry Weight with 1 I/O engine 3,750lbs to 4,300lbs
Batteries,anchors,buoys,atc. 250lbs
59 gal gas @6.19lbs/gal 365lbs
SUBTOTAL ********* 4,365lbs – 4,915lbs, excluding water if applicable or personal gear.
