Ran 90 with a 500 HP 406..... wondering what Ill see now? Thinking of regearing the lower to 1:35 that way my existing 26 and 2 labbed 28's makes sense on this. Still may not be enough prop. Gonna be fun- definitely wearing my vest running this now. Uncle Dave |

The White valve covers and matching air cleaner cover are a nice touch.
Stainless marine? Looks like their collar. Curious how that windshield is secured and what its made of. UD |

That will be one hell of a hot rod. Please start a new thread if you haven't already.
With the ITS steering system and lower unit (really deep sport master keg) Your grandma could have driven this thing at 90 - with absolutely no drama until etc tanks drained dry. Ive got a trim box trim on the floor and on the dash. I'll put the imco lower on it from my larger boat on it and see how that affects stability - I know Ill pick up speed as this lower is slower than my old bravo lower per HP. with 60% more torque this thing should be blisteringly fast- if a bit dated with the teal ! UD Heres giving some friends a ride on a Nor cal lake. Big fun scaring the chicks with a fun but safe blast of speed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yiYbs97NSyI |
Thanks Dave. Yeah I really wasnt sure how the white was going to look when I had it powdercoated. Think it turned out nice against the black manifold, hoses and exhaust. Block is blue.
http://i1380.photobucket.com/albums/...psbjmahzj8.jpg Yes those are stainless exhaust http://i1380.photobucket.com/albums/...psrotkvp1q.jpg The windshield is a 1/2" plastic type material that is screwed and glued to the top of the cockpit area where the original windshield track was. Where these snaps are is where the screws are that hold it on. http://i1380.photobucket.com/albums/...sb3b7ef72.jpeg |
What river it that? It's very scenic.
