what would be the most iconic "Offshore" Bar..?

Whats the most Iconic "Offshore Racing Bar" ?

I have a 20x20 Building in the back yard by the canal and want to build a "small" replica bar this summer. One idea so far is Sloppy Joe's - Key West.

I want a offshore/race bar and the wife would like an island theme bat.. this is my idea in combining both; keep the wife happy :daz:
