This is why I love OSO during the winter. The thread started with a new extreme race team funded by a sheik. Then, Geico and JBS get into it, we learned the difference between T-53 vs. T-55 turbines and end it with drinking until vomiting and/or chitting oneself.
Seriously though, should be some great racing in 2013. Looking forward to it. 1 month till spring.

Don't jump the gun buddy I am old enough as it is trying to avoid the 50 mark as long as I can....it's ONLY 2012

Default Throttling Turbine vs Piston

Quick question, i know steve has a lot of experience throttling gas piston engines, but how does that differ from throttling turbines? I am sure steve will pick it up fast with all his experience but was wondering if there was a big difference between the two.

That was a great video and I loved that paint scheme, it's really to bad how things have changed infact it is really sad.
