+1 I've found the cheap guys will just put whatever you want on the survey. In that case why bother.

Find someone whos reputation you can verify and has referrals and go from there. what ya look'in at mc?

Prob just wants to get it insured.

I probly want cheap/ Just enough to get insurance. I want it covered for a 100 grand. That is why insurance companies want a survey

I've used Douglas S. Jones, but he's in Newport Beach. Call him.....maybe he can recommend someone or do it himself?
