If they did that to you I don't think you would have to worry about them. You don't have a contract with them to take or pay for any services. If they take pics of your boat and mail them to you, keep them unless they pay for postage to return them. They used to send me stuff all the time using that very protocol....I told them I don't use them or did not want to use them but they continued to send them anyway....so I just started sending them back return to sender got in a pissing contest and I told them why would I pay for something I didn't ask for and returned so therefore did not have a product. They didn't like that answer so I sent them a very large bill for royalties because they are using my likeness or image without permission that was the end of the pissing contest!!!!!!
