When I sold my IMCO Extreme SC's a number of years ago, they sold quickly despite the issues I and others were having. Glad to hear the SCX's are working out, that's great feedback. Frank |

I made the switch to the Imco SCX's. I have a set of Zul's in a big heavy boat and so far so good! I did however have some paint flake off the drive which I am not to happy about but other then that it has been good. I have only run them for roughly 50 hours but I have been out in some big water a few times running at a good speed. For me I did not want to have to baby the drives it would have defeated the purpose of the boat. I am going to be doing another oil change on them so stay tuned. Also for me I went Imco for the ease of putting them on and resale. You have to change the helmet but use the same gimbal ring ,I replaced mine with new ones
I just put on scx drives. My bravos were fine but wanted the piece of mind It cost me 33k for everything plus sold my bravos for 10k So it's not cheap but breaking bravos isn't either This weekend in Florida will be test |
