Also we had a seat that was for the dinner table that you strap to a chair. I would strap that in the seat on the bridge on the Ocean Yacht with the baby straped in so the wife could handle some lines and the baby was straped in the seat next to me when we were docking. I wish i had pics of that.

My son was just a baby. Less than a year old. We would take his car seat with us in the cabin. It was cool. He would smile all day. Now he is 7 and is learning to drive the boat in my lap.

My son rode under the dash of my old 24 Skater at 6 months in his car seat on the floor. Now he is 18 and I have to relenqish the wheel to him and just throttle our 28' Skater. It will be interesting when this summer as I'm sure he will want to throttle now.

I had a 25ft "pocket cruiser" when my first was born. he was born on a Tuesday, we had him out the following weekend (12 days old). I know a couple that had a 34 ft cruiser and she left the hospital with her third kid on a friday......went straight to the boat for the weekend!

PLease go easy. Just looking for some opinions
My daughter was born August 7th and went for her first boat ride September 1st.

My son was born in January so he was 4-5 months old. Our daughter is going to be born in May so I am assuming it will be a lot younger then that (depends on when I get the boat ready). My wife said as long as we are in a pontoon or the Formula or something large she is OK with it. She is totally against the Donzi.
