Guys, thanks for all the responses. The boat is an '88 w/ 525's. It is Kevin from Midwest Performance's personal boat. I am seriously considering it but as I said I have a trade which I listed in the classifieds. I have someone coming to see it in the next 10 days. If it sells, I may have to take someone up on an offer to check it out for me. Thanks again.
Cigarette1, I would definitely be interested in your boat but I assume that you would not be interested in my trade. If it sells, I'll talk to you about it.

. Actually, mine is supposed to be a LipShip boat too, it has the LipShip emblem on the back and the seller said it was always maintained by LipShip.Here's a pic of Kevin in action:

I tested an 1984 38 Foot Cigarette (pre Top Gun) with 575's and TRS a couple years ago. Ran nice, but slower than I would have expected. GPS top speed was 100 kph, or 63 mph (tested it in Canada). Water was pretty flat, 1' chop. The TRS do eat a good bit of speed compared to a Bravo, something like 6-8 mph I think (but I have never broken the TRS on my Formula, knock on wood).
