Cool,

Seems like a good guy, met him a few weeks back when he was down here. gave him and his wife a tour of the Geico facility.

Eli and Deb are as good as they get. And he is very proud of the Geico experience as he should be . I wish I could have joined him when he came down.

If you ever want to see the shop, just let me know, and I will hook you up with Scott and Mark, In fact they are probably reading this, as one of them posted earlier.

I don't think 1/2 the people here have the gonads to go that fast in a boat like that. :D

Sorry the 129 mph Allison was driven by Glen Reynolds at the 1987 NOA Speed trials. Scream and Fly and the Allison forum site have videos. It was a carbed 2.4 motor with a real light Allison. Mike

And to tell you the truth, the better you are at it, the more subtle the movements are. Yea, he's good!

real pads:
you go thru the learning curve where you over correct left/right which takes extra milliseconds each, and leaves you "behind" in timing what the boat needs for thrust correction vs bottom to go straight ahead...

you gotta be just a 'lil ahead of it, almost inperceptable "wiggles" of left/right wheel in conjuction with judicious trim/ knowing where the "spot" is-
and you'll fly high and staight :D
BLAST
miss it!

Its one of the coolest feelings in the world
