Good adhesive?

Anyone know a good adhesive to restick the Mercury decals on an outboard engine cover? A couple of mine are starting to peel after accidentally brushing over them.

I used some grip glue I had layin around from snowmobile season. Has about 2 season now and still holding strong. Not sure why but my stickers started to come loose after about 2 hrs on the new bravo .
