Well depending on who hooked to it (SeaTow or Tow Boat, can't really tell) once it sunk it became a salvage and they are entitled to a large percentage of the value of the boat. I hope the owner gets those pics because it will help him I would think (if they weren't present at the time).

Only 4 months into the new year and we already have a solid contender for a Darwin Award. Geez, haven't they ever towed a boat before? That's a lawsuit in the making - especially with those pics!

It's pretty obvious there are some real dull tools in those boat sheds! As a towing company they receive an automatic F, as a salvage company, as someone here mentioned they might get themselves an A or a B when it comes to title to the boat. Hope the poor owner has good insurance, he's gonna need it!
