absolutely, not sure what you would do with the Y pipe for thru prop, as long as there is room on the transom just get some tips and cut some holes

You need to install a Y blockoff plate on your transom assembly and disregard your Y or you can just simply put on the corsa captains choice setup and have the option of both and not go through the hassle of getting rid of the Y

basically, yes. you will have to either cap off the Y or remove it, thats what i'm not sure of

If you want to remove the Y it is easy but will probably require the engine to be pulled. It's held on by 4 bolts and comes off easy. I just took mine off and switched to thru hull. Merc makes the blank off plates and they bolt right on.

I have done a few of these , make sure your measurements are accurate , get yourself a good quality hole saw and some epoxy resin to reseal the new holes . You will also need proper exhaust hose with two stainless hose clamps on each end . Your risers will point to where the holes need to be in transom . Make sure to give them enough drop !!! You may have to shift the engine forward slightly to remove the y-pipe or get out the sawzall and cut it enough to remove it . If you do move the engine make sure you realign it to the gimble bearing with the tool . They do sell a block off plate to put in place of the y-pipe . Last but not least use a high quality sealer on the tip flanges to keep the water on the outside of your boat .....:signs069:....Its all part of the fun....
