whats the water temp there????

heck i went up to lake ontario yesterday and the water is only 54 degrees!!! so i left the boat at home!

And to think most of us launched for the first time July 1st last year!...We get an extra month and a half of boating, nice........ now lets hope for some decent weather!

I've finally been out a few times! hopefully will get out this sunday

do you have to pay for docking at treadwell to go eat at dominics?

Free transient dockage for dinner. Pretty neat place to overnight as well. Last time I was there we had a great dinner, and stayed overnight as the bar got to us ;)

Very calm location, very protected. I drove past it 2-3 times before locating the narrow inlet. Too bad about the weeds in the harbor area.

We are thinking about heading up to Champlain later on this month. Never been there before. Can someone tell me where is a good place to launch and stay? Also looking for some good places to eat and stop for destinations. Any good party spots where people congregate?

Was everyone out in the great weather yesterday?

It seemed so calm, the wind was very light. People were talking about the chop and 4' swells in the BFP in reference to yesterday's triathlon swim. Seemed much calmer than usual to me.

Would like to try and catch up to your group this summer. Went to thears (sp) beach a couple times with a local buddy. Looking for other places to boat. Been a st. Lawrence boater and will 1/2 the time this summer mostly for poker runs and pirates weekend.

so.. whens the 2013 thread starting? I'm going to try and get out more than 5 times this year!!

i thought it was a good idea to go full time with my landscaping business.... really cut into my boating last summer!
