We used our sink all the time. Fridge woulda been nice to keep things cool, but can't beat the coldness from a cooler for your soda pops.

I like the tax break I get for the sink and fridge. Oh and the fridge makes a great storage spot for stuff

Love my fridge, sink is useless. I don`t think the holding tank has ever been filled since new.

I have a sink. I don't use it and don't keep any water in the tank for it. It really does not take up any space though. Sometimes we will throw wet swim suits in it if we change clothes.

I scoffed at the fridge when I first got the boat.

I use it all the time now. Very handy when over-nighting.

Typically, drinks in the cooler, food in the fridge.

The IRS definition is anything with basic living accommodations, such as a sleeping berth, a toilet and cooking facilities.

A galley does not need a fridge or sink. A cooler and electic stove or microwave qualify.
The sleeping quarters need to be protected from the elements and a port-poti qualifies for a head.

I ripped both out and the fresh water tank when I remodled my cuddy this past winter. In 1982 they didn't have coolers that kept ice for 5-7 days. The sink was always worthless. Got rid of all of it and it made the cuddy bigger and more user friendly.
