8" subs
 

One of my 8” shallow mount kicker subs mounted in the rear bench seat is blown. Not sure if I should try to repair it or replace both of them. I guess with the bench cushion it is somewhat sealed but the space is probably a lot more than required by 2ea 8” subs. I would prefer to leave them mounted this way but also have them hit harder if possible. When I lift up the rear bench cushion I can store my ski ropes & such behind them. Overall I liked their performance but would like harder hitting base with this free air sub (doesn’t have to be shallow mount) if there are better options available?
