They were built in miami not too far from Concept. Custom built for sure. A buddy of mine had one with a pair of 300x mercs. GPS at 92. Took rough water fairy well for the size. Much better than the Lightning 29 that he had before. Cant tell you much more.

Trust me it was dialed in at lake X at 92 gps. A little unstable...but it did 92.
