Where do you put trash (beer cans) on boat?
I usually just use a plastic grocery store T shirt bag tied to the bow step and crush the cans. But when there is 6-7 people on board this doesn't cut it. I HATE clutter!!! Just curious as to how others handle trash. This weekend I am taking a plastic kitchen trash can and going to put it in the engine bay some how....hoping to screw it to the firewall. Even considering putting a can crusher on the fire wall as well....

5. Dispose in trash bag.
6. Open new beer.

Available in white, black or safety orange!!!
I have used different methods, but seem to keep coming back to a 5 gal plastic paint buckets with a larger Lowe's, Home Depot, Northern Tool type of bag inside. 1/8" cord tied to the handle and through a hole in the lid to keep it from sailing away.
Amazing how many crushed cans fit and it can also be used as a seat.
Once I had one become flotson and it was easy to swing around and rescue.
I have also used one for dry storage for a weekend's worth of chips, smokes and tissue.
Even in the smallest of boats, they generally fit inside a hatch or well.

I use one of those recyclable/reusable grocery bags you can get at a grocery store. The kind that have the hard plastic bottom and sometimes put a paper bag in it as well. Then I just pull off the boat and throw the entire thing in the recylcing bin.
My brother has an old boat and just puts his recylcing bin directly in the boat.
