go to twins or stay the same?
OK so I'm looking at upgrading from my 1999 280 silencer powerquest. But I'm on a very limited income. I love my boat an it handles my lake Pritty good ( my lake is loto) the main reason in looking to up grade is the docking benefits of twins. Pros an cons anyone? ?
Another thing I was thinking a small 30 to 34' with twin small blocks. |
First thing that comes to my mind is your gas bill will increase, for sure!
When you get more power, (you'll love that) you will use more power & that burns gas too! Insurance usually goes up with twins too! WwW |

Will twin small blocks eat up that much more fuel? Speed don't bother me to much I cruise bout 35 to 40 all the time I got a little one so go fast doesn't happen very often at all
