Is this a 28ss, a magnum, or something I don't even Know. I didn't see any HIN# on it. Its in bad shape as you can tell.

its in Alvin, behind a building next to the railroad tracks. I work for the rr I have been seeing it for a while back there and have been wondering what it was.
