These rams were on my boat when I bought it. I'm not sure who makes them and I want to rebuild them. Can anyone tell me who the manufacturer was/ is? Any help is appreciated. Also, if you have suggestions on who to send them to for a rebuild would be great.
Thanks! |
They are not...
...Marine Machine or Latham Marine. I can say this with certainty. Can you contact the previous boats owner, or the boat manufacturer? Hope this helps.

Having a hard time...
...getting a scale on them.
They appear to be a threaded cylinder and not a welded one, so I would think any equipment hyraulic shoppe in the area would be able to accomidate what you need. Granted most of them work on slightly larger rams from things like a Cat D9 dozer, but I am sure they can either take care of your issue or send you in the correct direction. Are they about 16" closed? |
I have been told they were Hardin marine. I did take them to a local shop, Thanks
|
And hydraulic cylinder repair place can fix them. Simple single ram cylinder.

Look for a Miller Bearing local to you. There used to be a place in cumming that I used, but that is back when Lanier athletic center was the size of a car wash and blacks were afraid to be in town:eekdrop:

Miller bearing does not rebuild cyclinders... We have one local here, as well as in Daytona, etc... They have a ton of stuff, but dont do that.
|
But they do have the wipes, seals and retainers
|
Call Fluid Power 770-532-0444 and take them to Ron. If they cant figure it out nobody locally can. They are in gainesville off of hwy 60
