Suzuki outboard trim HELP!!!!!
 

OK so I picked up this little boat for the kids and the trim isnt working. So I ran some test and found the electric trim motor has some rust on the brushes holding them open. So I cleaned it all up and the motor runs great now, but no up or down. So I loosened the manual tilt screw just a little too much and it came out on me. I reinstalled but I still have no hydraulic action no matter where I place the screw. Is it supposed to be all the way in, or all the way out for the motor to move the outboard? Also whats the correct way to add fluid and purge air?

Dont know anything about Suzuki's, but is the hydraulic fluid up to level?
