Default Sarasota Race. Did anyone gets pics or video of the green cat that spun out?

We were anchored up several hundred yards down for the start line with all the spectator boats. At the start of the second heat, a bright green cat ( I believe a Talon run by a construction company) was charging hard down the straight then hooked and headed straight toward the spectators boats and people in the water. At the last....and I mean last!...second, the boat spun out. From our vantage point about 100 yards further down the course it looked like it went into the spectators but I was told later nobody was hit.
Talk at the sandbar later was that they lost a motor and she hooked.
It looked to me like she was turning hard and the driver purposely spun the boat out to keep from going into the spectators.

I would love to see some pics video if anyone got them.

If it was Cleveland(which it sounds like it was) they are on here and we'll see something soon.

Good camera men don't blink.
That would have never happened in Maryland. You would have been lucky to be as close as those hotels in the background to the course.

Yup....that would be it. Too bad (Im not blaming him) the guy with the camera hit the deck as the spin was truly spectacular.
