Loved the whine or GEICO's turbines. Excited to hear the roar of their pistons. This team does nothing but good for the sport. The drama of losing their boat only adds more attention to themselves and the sport.
Perhaps they will start a thread about the development of this new boat and anything else they plan for the future. Would be a good read. Looking forward to their future. |
Im sure they will post pics asap of the "new" rig. They are probably upgrading everything they can get their hands on right now. Best of luck MGR.

I'm pretty certain I read a post several months back that mentioned the Geico team were building their own boat in the future. There was a pic of a plug under a Geico cover. Not sure, but I believe the pic was posted by Shakeys Images.
If this is the case, I could see why they wouldn't spend a fortune on a used boat, but buy or lease a boat for the interim to carry them through thier sponsorship obligations. |
