Scarab Offices in Sarasota coming back to life!

One of my customers bought the Genmar/Scarab office building. I was on the roof this afternoon to bid the job out. Glad to see someone is going to do something with the place.

No, the building is being bought by a Home Builder, they bought the office building not the manufacturing facilities.
