2 new batteries, $1000? there was a thread, worst hi perf offshore boats. the IMP got a couple of votes. i had one. an 86 30. same hull. paid 18k a decade ago. was happy to get 12 when it left. unless this boat is cheap, don't bother with it. how much is asking price?

Those aren't the same boat I am looking at. From talking to the guy, he says he has put a lot of work into it, motors, gauges, interior etc. so it must have been a real mess to begin with. He is asking $20,000 but he wants to trade for a car of mine, that is the only reason why I am considering it.
