I think why Alex asked is because there is a certain guy from LOTO/St. Louis area that's banned from here with the initials JD that has a 448 Skater listed as his ride on another message board.

No cabin, the front hatches have speakers on them. The is the first one like this. A 46' like your talking about would be the new 52' with the bussel for straight drives and a rudder.....It's still unclear what the real thread is here?.............But definitely a Skater thread. Knot Right here are a few pics of the 52'.

This is going to sound like a stupid Q......but.......Does the 488v have a full cabin? As in creature comforts? and if so....How in Zeus's butthole do you get into the front of the boat? Through the hatch?
Blume or Fight Club, can the 488V be built with a cabin? I know that's not really Skaters thing but I have wondered about this option. Fight Club, I love your threads and updates. I was surprised when you changed out the Sterling 1550's to 700's with whipple kits but it turned out nice and probably made it more user friendly for cruising. It's funny, we think of 700's now as lower power when it wasn't that long ago 700HP was big power. Informative thread! Thanks guys. |
