What is it? Who owns it? How fast is it?
 

Saw this today when I was going to get gas in my boat. It was north bound on US RT 19 in summersville, WV. Truck towing it had Ontario tags. Had m8 drives so I'm assuming it has 1350's for power. Has "disturbing behavior" down the side. Very impressive boat, especially around here :lolhit:

He's from Toronto I believe. Had a smaller Nor Tech cat before that was silver and blue.
