propeller pitch

Hi i have a 1990 mirage 26ft sports boat with a with the baby 454 330hp bravo one outdrive, we are woundering what pitch of a propellor we need to increase our rpm, right now we have a 3 blade quick silver mirage stainless steall prop we are only running at 4000rpm should we go to a 19p 4 blade.
would this bring our rpm up to 5000?

1) Need to know what pitch you have now.
2) If you want that motor to live, you better not spin it to 5000, 4600 is about right.
3) This will help you: http://www.rbbi.com/folders/prop/propcalc.htm

If its the "7.4L" motor it is not meant to spin 5000. More like 46-4700.
