The three other pipes all have water/exhaust coming out.

did it melt down?

Ha, lol. My friend is the current owner of that 32 Skater, they talk about that picture and the missing water time to time. No clue, maybe a photoshop mistake?

Boat runs great, #6's and 900's....fun ride to say the least
