This is the fuel rail off of my new/rebuilt outboard notice the area around the fitting that was welded and ground on(not by me):eekdrop:

Here we are looking from the outlet towards the inlet side, notice the obstruction!!!

Does that obstruction correlate with the cylinder that seized?
Who welded/repaired the rail like that?
