Is this enertia prop modified?

I was looking to get a merc enertia prop, i found this one used but it looks modified. It has a pointed edge like a cleaver style? What do you think? Is this something i would like to be modified. I'm running a chaparral 220 ssi 350 mag mpi bravo one drive 1.6 gear ratio.

It appears to be modified. Stock ones have a full rounded blade. Ask for more pics.
