does it have to be American-built boat to race in apba?

can I take my turkish-made boat and race in Apba organizations?
if I have-homologated engine/drive-suitable size to its class/all necessary requirements but the boat is turkish made?Can I race?

APBA and UIM are still
connected but I do not know about the PRO racing.
I would post on the APBA

Oh I Beleive you have to
have made 5 boats and have
a inspected/approved mold.

I believe any boat can run in the APBA or SBI "P" classes. Any engine, any drive and any hull becuase the classes are broken down by speed.

Also, SBI is very liberal on type of boat and engine in thier other national classes where APBA has homolgation requirments and fees that you won't be able to meet.
