Shootout results - No thread?
Most years there is one for us land lubbers to keep up. Is there one this year?

Hmmm. I guess OSO is no longer the place for up to the minute info in the offshore world. I guess it had to begin to fade eventually.
|
Thanks for the links. Those don't really tell you much. I wouldn't know anything about the 2 fastest boats if it weren't for reading about it on various OSO threads.

Anyone care to elaborate on the boats that ran the speeds listed on the links above other than the ones discussed in earlier threads (i.e. 33 Elim 48 MTI)? |
Any results posted yet? Who won V1 F1 ?

What class would I be in? 30 Superboat w/525efi NV2F1? |
Am I interpreting this correctly?
A pontoon boat ran 112 mph? Was it a triple 300 Mercury boat? Another pontoon boat ran 102 mph? What power/set-up did that have? I assume a blown BBC? A PWC (I assume a Sea Doo or Wave Runner equivalent) ran 80 mph? I also see that the owner of Sunsation won his class with an 87 mph pass, was that a 32', and and it was with stock power, 496's? What size boat and what power? Great job to the all of the above I am asking about. |
