That's weird.....it was on their earlier. I read it.

It was about a boat that blew up. Something about the gas being pumped into the water tank instead of the gas tank. I just skimmed it, but two guys are in critical condition.

I think I know what he was trying to post. A person accidently pumped gas into a hlding tank and, as a result, the boat expoded and burned two people really bad. There is a lot more to the story, but that is the jist of it. It was not the gas dock's fault, as a friend of the boat owner pumped the gas into the tank. The owner of the gas dock realized what was going on and they were trying to drain the gas out of the boat on the trailer when it exploded. They are not sure why it exploded. IT happened at our gas dock and we are good friends with the owners. The two people burned have 2nd degree burns and were flown to Columbia. No word as far as an update.

There also was another sad one on MARTHAS VINEYARD this past wk. end 7/9/02.Someone entering a performance boat from the rear fell into the props.Fatality. Best friend situation.Boat driver being charged.
