Default OT (music): MP3's and CDDB

I've ripped a bunch of MP3's in the past. Problem is, when I ripped them, they are just listed as "track 1, track 2...", etc.... Now I have different storage directories for each artist and album, but when I try to download the MP3's to my Nomad IIc, I can not d/l all the songs I want - due to duplicate file names.

All the CDDB enabled ripping software that I have been able to get my hands on only lets you get the song title, album title, and artist DURING MP3 ripping.......... which means I would have to re-rip all my CD's to get this information. Is the information imbedded somewhere in the MP3's I have already ripped, and if so, what software can "look" at those MP3's and rename the files to reflect (at least) the song title?
