I'm thinking if you plan on fixing it I would go with the other prop. Beating, banging and heating the blade will not be good for future work. If you had to get home is one thing, you are at home and have another prop. Also if you do try to fix it and then don't do it right you wont find out until you get to the ramp. Why bother.

f_inscreenname - I'm with you on this if there was a simple, relatively risk free move I could make I'm game, but I certainly don't want to risk making matters worse.

I could only notice this when driving at lower speeds (and this was only because I was "looking for it", at higher speeds I didn't even notice it...guess this means I will simply ned to go fast until I address it :-)
