Waterfoul, I am not joking here, if you cant take opiates for pain, you should talk to your MD about oxycontin. I have degenerative spine/crap/ouch/fu*&ing/back/allways/fu*&ing/hurts/*****/ouch/itsgonnarainagain/dammit/ouch/motherfu*&er/ouch....did I mention chronic back pain????

I could not take percs... They are full of Tylenol anyway and VERY bad for your liver!......and since I was going to be on the **** for life, the doc suggested Oxycontin long before the little druggies started to shoot the **** and give it a bad name.

Some docs will not prescribe it, while others will without too much hassle.

The reason I am suggesting it, is that it does not react like percs or vicoden. After the first fifteen minutes, there is a slight "fuzzy" for about 20 minutes (if that) then it clears and the pain relief stays with you all day. Zero nausea!
Nothing makes a person worse than being in constant pain! (Ask my wife) You might want to ask el-doc-o about a tril run to see if they work without making you sick.
