We hear a lot of horror stories from our OSO brethren way too often. It nice I can share a great story. Earlier in the season, I bought a new Lifeline racing life jacket from Kent FauntLeroy at Lifeline. He was great to deal with, gave me a $100 trade in on my old race jacket, and delivered everything on time as promised. My navigator bought a life jacket and helmet at the same time, he experienced the same great customer service.

Since my old helmet was a little past it's time, I ordered a new helmet from Kent today. Same great customer service, calls you back when he promises, e-mails confirmation, great attitude.
