I'm thinking about taking my boat in another direction over the next 12-24 months. One of the things I would be looking at would be an engine swap.

My first question is this: What do you believe to be fair market price for a fresh 525SC with CMI E tops? And by fresh I mean having the blowers refreshed up and stripped, long blocks gone through and common sense upgrades preformed, ect.

Second: Would it be better to sell them each or offer as a package deal (three total)?

Third: Should I include the drives and transom assemblies as I will be upgrading them as well?

selling a package of three would be tough unless you really do a killer price

Engine package of two and a single would probably be the way to go

i would list drives the same way

Anyone have any input as to where they believe the market is on these motors?

my guess for engines is for each... 8k? maximum... I bought a couple HP500 with maniforld and riser for 10k ...2 years ago.
