reversion 496 chevy bb stroker

Quick question. Put the new motor (496 stroker) in and am running stock (new) exhaust manifolds and risers. The cam is a Crane marine cam 571/556 with a 114. The exhaust run is about 2 feet from the transom. A bit worried about reversion. The compression is about 9:25/1. Making about 500hp. Should be running tomorrow.
