Could you just rent her out for a few hours ? Seriously , my wife's ok up to 50-55 mph , beyond that there is a 10 second rule WOT for no more that 10 seconds . She's not real crazy about having to hang on. Your right C Spray the Chesapeake is really great , I usually try to get down that way once a month.

Mika, I'm not sure what the total consumption was. We did stop in New York, and put 5000 galons in it.

the longest trip i ever took in a boat was in 1989 during an attempted record run on the mississippi river.1036 miles from new orleans to st.louis in just under 24 hours,in a 22 donzi classic.i would love to make that trip again at a more comfortable cruising speed.

I Did the BOATING MAGAZINE Cannonball run in '95. Miami Beach to the North Cove Yacht Club in NYC, 2 1/2 days. We were the only off the shelf boat to finish.
B.T.W., The guy who runs from NJ to Key West and back every year can't wait to do it again in his new 50' Nor-Tech
