Searching CL Nationally
 

Does anyone know where I can search Craigs List nationally? I was using SearchTempest, but its been on the blink for a while now.

I use "adhuntr". Some ads listed are out dated, some show
removed by author, some are flagged "bogus". Just be
careful as always.

google.com

add site:craigslist.org to your search

for example:
cigarette site:craigslist.org
will search all of craigslist for cigarette

adhuntr too, you can even select boats so if you were to search cigarette you weed out all the other bs.

To search individual categories, when you're viewing a craigslist category, look in the address bar of your browser. You'll see something like this http://cleveland.craigslist.org/boa/. Add the /***/ to the end of site:craigslist.org
For example, in a google search box:
site:craigslist.org/boa cigarette
will search for cigarette only in the boats category
