I agree with the sentiment here, if you want 60mph, that ain't the right boat (says the guy with a 70 some mph Liberator). Can it be done? Sure. Go 383 and leave the alpha, you can get 350-375 horse easy and you won't tear up the alpha unless you are hard on the stick.

Also as already stated, the alpha can live a long time IF you are easy on it. Making one last is about you, water conditions, and lets face it, a little luck. The joy is you can pick one up for next to nothing and swap it in about 20 minutes...Some guys eat alphas constantly, and others make them last years with big horsepower. Put some light manifolds and aluminum heads on the engine will really get some weight out of the back of that thing and get yourself on plane with a lot less strain on the drive.

I have been eating the fact of building a stroker motor I'm goin to look into the blower but how do I know what to get

Call somebody who does, there are plenty of builders on this site the 350/260 isn't the best platform for a blower without changing just about everything.
